The building sits on a corner lot, a condition that completely shaped the architectural strategy. The design makes the most of the site’s geometry, articulating a volume that responds simultaneously to both frontages and establishes a clear presence within the urban fabric.
The building is organized through a system of solids and voids that calibrates the scale toward the pedestrian and structures its relationship with the adjacent context. The unit layouts are oriented toward the exterior perimeter to maximize natural light, ventilation, and visual openness to the city.

The sunscreens, a signature element of the developer, were designed by our studio as a device that unifies the reading of the whole, provides climate control, and defines the building’s distinct character.
